Who operates this site and these games
Midnight Condor is operated by Benjamin Caballero, sole trader (entreprise individuelle), trading as Midnight Condor. Throughout this policy, “we”, “us” and “Midnight Condor” refer to this operator.
What data we may collect
Depending on the game or product you use, we may collect:
- Advertising and device identifiers (for example the Android Advertising ID), used to serve and measure ads.
- Basic technical and usage data — device type, operating system, crash reports, in-game events — used to keep games running and to understand how they are used.
- Information you send us directly, such as your email address, if you choose to contact us.
Our games generally do not require you to create an account. If a future game does, this policy will be updated to describe any account data collected.
Google AdMob and advertising identifiers
Some of our games display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners can use your device’s advertising identifier and similar technologies to show ads, measure their performance, and limit how often you see the same ad. This may include ads based on your interests. AdMob operates under Google’s own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.
How we use this data
- To display and measure in-game advertising.
- To keep our games and software working correctly, and to diagnose crashes and bugs.
- To understand, in aggregate, how our games are played, so we can improve them.
- To respond to you when you contact us.
Third-party services we use
Our games and this site may rely on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — in-game advertising.
- Google Analytics / Firebase — usage analytics and crash reporting.
- Google Play services — app distribution, sign-in and platform features on Android.
Your choices and how to withdraw consent
You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, and opt out of personalized ads, from your device’s settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Where a game shows a consent prompt before displaying ads, you can change your choice at any time from that game’s settings menu, or by reinstalling the app to be asked again. You can also withdraw consent for any optional data use by contacting us directly.
Your rights
If data protection law applicable to you (such as the GDPR) gives you rights over your personal data, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to or restrict how we use it. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our games and services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
